What we process
Email and authentication records; encrypted Instagram and Telegram credentials; connected account and channel identifiers; requested Instagram analytics; current Telegram channel, message, reaction, and publishing-queue state.
Why
To authenticate you, provide read-only Instagram and Ozon analytics, connect your own Telegram channel, and perform only the Telegram actions you explicitly confirm.
Permissions
Instagram and Ozon remain read-only. A dedicated Telegram bot may publish, edit, or delete only after an exact preview and separate confirmation. AiBuro does not access Instagram Direct or Telegram private messages.
Storage and security
Provider credentials stay server-side, are encrypted at rest, and are bound to the authenticated AiBuro user. Bot tokens are never returned to the browser or an MCP client.
Retention and deletion
Telegram stores operational current state, not historical analytics. Connection data, known messages, queued actions, and credentials are deleted when you remove the connection or your account.
Authorized MCP clients
Results and confirmed Telegram actions are available only to an MCP client you authorize. Read access and Telegram write access use separate OAuth scopes.
Processors and rights
Infrastructure and email providers process limited data on AiBuro's behalf. Contact privacy@aiburo.net to request access, correction, deletion, or export.
